LISA IS OUR RESIDENT Lactation Consultant, Postnatal Doula and Baby care specialist

She has worked with hundreds of families for more than 30 years as an international Nanny, more recently as a Midwife, Lactation Consultant and Postnatal Doula.

She offers Consultations in home, both as a Lactation Consultant – anything breastfeeding and Baby care specialist – all baby related for example:

• settling, routines and baby stages.

• Lactation and Baby care consultations

Lisa works in home with new parents nurturing and holding the space during those early weeks (the 4th Trimester)

The 4th Trimester is often the time that is forgotten or not recognised as the most important part of parenthood or Matriescence.

Birthing your baby or becoming a parent is intense and amazing but you now have this little being to care for and at the same time recover from your labour. Having someone come into your home for a few hours a week to nurture you and your family is often described by my clients as “The most amazing thing ever!”
